By the end of the year 2004 we completely restructured the premises and converted it into state-of-the-art garment and bedlinen factory. In the same year their customers visited the factory and confirmed that they had never seen such a neat clean and well organized factory in Pakistan. The management of Silvotex was very happy with our performance and we continued working on the project.
In the second phase we hired skilled and skilled workers for the factory. After this we started hiring office and executive staff for them. Training of the workers and staff was then executed by us during the first quarter of 2005 and from April 1st, 2005 the production started.
Now our next goal was to start documentation and reporting procedures for the company and by the end of 2005 the company was on its path of success. The reporting and data recording work started. By the time company started exporting bedlinen and garments to USA and few country of Europe.
